What You’ll Do
- Represent organizations, products, services, and campaigns at live events and promotional activities
- Communicate directly with customers, attendees, and members of the public
- Welcome event attendees and provide clear, friendly information
- Assist with event-based communications and customer engagement
- Explain campaign information, promotions, products, and services
- Answer questions and help attendees navigate event activities
- Support event setup, organization, and day-of-event activities
- Help coordinate communication between customers, event teams, and staff
- Maintain a professional and positive presence at events
- Assist with promotional materials, displays, and presentations
- Collect customer feedback and communicate relevant information to team members
- Support marketing and communications initiatives before, during, and after events
- Work with team members to meet event and campaign goals
- Participate in training, coaching, and team meetings
