We are a rapidly growing Community Outreach, Marketing, and Fundraising organization seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Communications Assistant to join our team. The Communications Assistant will work alongside our marketing team and high-profile clients to support performance-driven campaigns designed to increase customer engagement, improve product visibility, and drive measurable results. This position provides hands-on experience in public relations, communications, marketing campaigns, event support, customer engagement, and brand development.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Manager with assigned marketing and communication projects.
- Support public relations campaigns and promotional initiatives that increase brand awareness and customer engagement.
- Work with marketing teams and key client accounts to execute successful brand campaigns.
- Support in-store marketing activities and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with consumers, clients, vendors, and event partners.
- Communicate promotional services and create meaningful customer connections.
- Assist with the development of campaign measurement strategies and performance tracking.
- Create marketing materials, promotional content, and visual merchandising displays.
- Maintain relationships with suppliers, retail partners, and event staff.
- Maintain accurate records of event attendance, production, inventory, and campaign results.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, customer engagement, and campaign performance.
- Demonstrate leadership potential with opportunities for advancement into senior campaign management roles based on performance.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in communications, public relations, marketing, sales, customer service, or related fields preferred.
- Internship experience in marketing, communications, business, or public relations is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
