Position Overview As a key voice of our Health System, you'll ensure smooth, timely communication across patients, staff, visitors, and the public. You'll manage incoming and outgoing calls, direct information efficiently, and serve as the central communications hub - especially during times when administrative teams are off‑site. Your work keeps our operations connected, responsive, and running seamlessly.
What You'll Do
Handle a wide range of communications and administrative tasks with accuracy and professionalism
Serve as the primary point of contact for callers, offering clear information and exceptional service
Support system-wide communication flow during evenings, weekends, and other periods with limited administrative coverage
Work independently, confidently, and with strong attention to detail
Minimum Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: One year as a switchboard operator preferred; ability to work independently is essential
Licensure/Certification: Not required
Skills: Strong comprehension and listening skills; ability to interpret and relay information clearly; excellent social and customer service skills
