In this role, you will provide communications execution, advisory, and governance to support enterprise transformation and digital change initiatives. Partner with Change Leads to ensure communications are delivered consistently, professionally, and in alignment with organizational standards.Key Responsibilities:Support execution of communication activities defined by Change Leads, including message refinement, formatting, visual design, templates, distribution planning, communication scheduling, and tracking.Conduct communication quality reviews to ensure consistency of messaging, branding, tone, and stakeholder alignment.Maintain communication governance tools, calendars, templates, and reporting.Support larger communication campaigns and enterprise-wide communication initiatives.Monitor and support ERP Communications mailbox activities and champion effective use of the OnMessage platform and communication standards.Qualifications:Seasoned Communicator: Extensive experience in strategic communication development and execution, with a demonstrated ability to collaborate with people at all levels, including senior executives. Minimum of 5 years of experience.Strong Writing & Editing Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity, conciseness, and accessibility. Ability to lead and execute training programs.Global Pharmaceutical / Manufacturing Experience: Previous experience in pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or technical industries is a plus, but not required.Attention to Detail: Strong diligence, clarity of thought, and the ability to listen effectively and execute in a timely manner.Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field is required.
