Position Summary

Deloitte's Brand, Marketing & Communications team is seeking a Communications Contractor to support the Business Communications pillar for Consulting Services. This role develops internal communications that connect business priorities with clear, timely messaging for internal audiences. The contractor prepares campaigns and content that support awareness, alignment, and action across Consulting Services and coordinates with business, talent, marketing, and external communications stakeholders.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Communications Contractor will include:

• Develop business communications campaigns and content that support Consulting Services priorities and initiatives
• Draft internal messaging, emails, presentations, newsletters, and talking points for business communications needs
• Translate business updates and strategic direction into clear communications for internal audiences
• Coordinate with Consulting Services stakeholders, talent communications contacts, and partner teams to gather inputs and align messaging
• Prepare and deliver communications materials in coordination with marketing and external communications contributors

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of experience in business communications, internal communications, or employee communications
• 10+ years of experience developing communications campaigns and content for internal business audiences
• 10+ years of experience creating emails, newsletters, presentations, talking points, and intranet content
• Experience translating business priorities, strategic updates, or organizational changes into internal communications deliverables
• Experience coordinating communications inputs from executive audiences and cross-functional teams
• Experience supporting communications within consulting, professional services, or corporate functions

Preferred:

• Experience supporting business communications for Consulting Services organizations
• Experience creating communications for executive and business stakeholder audiences
• Experience working across internal communications, marketing, and external communications teams

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$70 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
