Position Summary

The contractor will support Internal Marketing Communications (IMC) initiatives for Consulting Services. This role will help turn communications priorities into campaigns and content that build awareness and alignment across employee audiences. The contractor will work with brand, marketing, and communications teams on growth, alliance, and go-to-market topics.

Work you'll do

The service you will provide the Deloitte project team as a Communications Contractor will include:

• Support planning and delivery of internal communications campaigns for Consulting Services priorities
• Draft and revise content for email, intranet, presentation, and newsletter channels
• Prepare communications materials tied to growth, alliance, and go-to-market initiatives
• Coordinate with Internal Marketing Communications team members and cross-functional partners on content inputs and timing
• Track deliverables, organize feedback, and update communications plans and calendars

Qualifications

Required:

• 10+ years of internal communications, marketing communications, or corporate communications experience
• 8+ years developing content for email, intranet, newsletter, and presentation channels
• 8+ years supporting communications campaigns across multiple business priorities
• Experience creating communications plans, editorial calendars, and campaign assets
• Experience using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and Teams
• Bachelor's degree

Preferred:

• Experience supporting communications in consulting or professional services organizations
• Experience supporting alliance, growth, or go-to-market communications
• Experience with SharePoint or intranet publishing tools
• Experience working with brand, marketing, and external communications teams

The expected pay range for this contract assignment is $50-$70 per hour.  The exact pay rate will vary based on skills, experience, and location and will be determined by the third-party whose employees provide services to Deloitte.
