Position Title: Communications Coordinator
Position Reports to: Communications Manager; Director of Member & Community Engagement

Compensation Range: $27-$31/hr. based on experience.
The Communications Coordinator assists with the design of member communications to promote the sporting activities, services, facilities and membership benefits to existing members. In coordination with the Communications Manager, this position interacts with every department on campus and works closely with all sporting and activity team leaders.
This position requires a delicate balance of creativity, attention to detail, subtle promotion of technology and preservation of the social, personal and interactive nature of the Club. The ideal candidate will have a passion for country club sports and activities and desire to teach the membership how to get the most out of their club. Compensation Range: $27-$31/hr. based on experience.
Primary Responsibilities:
Original and effective communication is paramount in enhancing the Club Members' Experience through digital, video, social and print media
Assist with the crafting and disseminating of engaging communications to members
Uphold the Club's brand to reflect our values, traditions and rich history
Support digital marketing efforts for all departments, which includes, but is not limited to:
Web & Print Content - Invitations, Flyers, and Annual Publications
Weekly and Monthly Newsletters and Target Emails
Club App & Push Notifications
Private & Public Instagram Accounts - Stories and Posts
Digital Bulletin Boards on Campus for Specific Sports - Golf, Tennis, Curling, Pool, Fitness etc.
Photography & Videography (including drone) for Marketing Content, including editing video
Contribute to the writing and design layouts for all areas of the Website and Club App
Partner with the Club's Human Resources Department to execute communication efforts for the Club's employee base, including:
Informational Emails & Quarterly Newsletters
Marketing & Print Needs for Employee Events
Recruitment Marketing, LinkedIn Postings, etc.
Assist with Club Photography, which includes taking photos at specific Club Events and organizing electronic filing of photography.
Ensure that Club branding is consistent across all mediums and that all Club communications conform to the Club's adopted Style Guide.
Additional duties/ projects as assigned by management.
Required Skills:
The Communications Coordinator should have Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
