Streaming Communications Coordinator
Pay:
$31.00/hour
Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Location: Park Avenue, New York, NY
Schedule: Hybrid

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized Streaming Communications Coordinator to support the Streaming Communications team by coordinating public relations and communications initiatives. This is an administrative and project coordination role focused on supporting communications campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate PR initiatives in partnership with campaign leads.

  • Maintain and update project roadmaps, timelines, and team documentation.

  • Track media coverage and prepare comprehensive campaign recap reports.

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, messaging, and PR strategy documents.

  • Research and build media contact lists for key campaigns.

  • Research executive thought leadership and media opportunities.

  • Support multiple communications projects while ensuring deadlines are met.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.

  • Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and exceptional organizational abilities.

  • Experience creating press materials and using media databases such as Cision and Muck Rack.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects simultaneously.
