The Communications Coordinator assists the Communications Director in developing and executing strategic communication and marketing initiatives that advance KU School of Business priorities. This position creates and manages content across digital, print and social media channels to promote academic programs, faculty research, student success, alumni engagement, events and other school initiatives. The Communications Coordinator also supervises student employee(s), manages the school’s events marketing efforts, and supports media relations and storytelling that strengthen the school’s visibility and reputation.
This is a full-time, 12-month, staff position and is currently designated as an on-campus position. Office will be located in beautiful Capitol Federal Hall, a 166,500 square foot modern facility that the School of Business has called home since 2016. Alternative and flexible work schedules will be evaluated as per KU policy and School guidelines.
