Overview
ABM is looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Communications Coordinator to join our team. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to grow your career across internal and external communications while contributing to a leading provider of facility, engineering and infrastructure solutions.
Reporting to the Vice President of Communications, this role works collaboratively across the Communications team to support storytelling efforts that connect with a range of stakeholders—from team members and clients to industry and community partners. You’ll help bring ABM’s voice to life across internal and external digital channels, while gaining exposure to key areas like social media strategy, internal messaging, public relations, marketing, talent acquisition, and corporate storytelling.
This is an exciting opportunity to build a foundation in corporate communications with a supportive team. In this high-profile role, you will contribute to executing strategies in close collaboration with key functions, including Marketing, HR, Legal, IT, and Operations; gain hands-on experience working across various communications platforms; and be part of a company committed to making a difference with purpose.

Assist in maintaining key communications tools and platforms, including content libraries, consent tracking, evergreen calendars, and team processes.

Salary Range:
$60,000.00- $70,000.00
The pay listed is the salary range for this position. Any specific offer will vary based on the successful applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. You may be eligible to participate in a Company incentive or bonus program.
