The role
We're looking for a Communications Designer - Social Media to join our team and create visual content for social media and other digital channels. You'll work on social media visuals, blog graphics, ad creatives, as well as video and motion content.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Creating visual content for the company's social media channels. • Designing graphics for blog posts and communication materials: illustrations, diagrams, and infographics. • Producing advertising creatives: banners and promo materials, adapted for different platforms and formats. • Creating video and motion content for social media: short videos, animations, and video styling. • Maintaining and developing visual guidelines: ensuring consistency, creating templates and guides. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, PR): working from briefs, aligning on solutions, iterating and making revisions within deadlines. • Working with external contractors: preparing briefs, supporting execution, and ensuring quality. • Handling other tasks related to the creation of marketing materials.
We expect you to have:
• A portfolio with relevant examples: social media / content design, ad creatives, and video/motion work. • Strong proficiency with design tools: Figma; Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; After Effects; CapCut; as well as AI tools (Midjourney, Recraft, Higgsfield). • Strong motion and video skills: ability to independently create and animate content for social media. • Native English speaker with experience creating content for the US market and a good understanding of local design conventions. • Ability to work with complex technical topics: understanding the product and translating abstract concepts into clear, visually engaging solutions for a broad audience.
It will be an added bonus if you have:
• Experience working in technology companies. • Experience working with analytics: understanding performance metrics and adapting visuals based on results. • Ability to optimize processes: building templates, automating routine tasks, and quickly adapting materials.

Compensation
We offer competitive salaries, ranging from $185k - $225k OTE (On Target Earnings) + equity based on your experience.
