    Family First Health is seeking a Communications Manager for our organization.     ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Center brand visibility and awareness to lead the creation and execution of strategic communications supporting community engagement, donor engagement, and fundraising initiatives. This may include:

    • Annual appeals

    • Sponsorship programs

    • Stewardship messages and updates

    • E-mail and print communications, including newsletters for donors and staff

    • Annual organizational and fundraising reports

    • Events

    • Develop and/or curate creative assets to align with organizational goals around storytelling and impact reporting. This may include:

    • Partnering with Family First Health's direct services teams to identify opportunities to highlight program impact and success stories

    • Working with communications contractor(s) to:

    • Coordinate photography and video creation to capture testimonials and key updates for internal and external audiences.

    • Coordinate multi-channel marketing, drive engagement, and expand the organization's digital presence using Family First Health's social media accounts.

    • Creating, maintaining, and providing branded:

    • Templates for presentations, proposals, and reports

    • Promotional materials, such as flyers, signs, and invitations

    • Customized communications for individual, corporate, and foundation donors

    • Visually engaging infographics to communicate data and insights

    • Website and online communications platforms

    • Prepare key staff to:

    • Provide access and training in the use of a customized branding and communications toolkit to local organizations and community partners

    • Execute event marketing, fundraising communications, and internal communications using consistent branding and impactful messaging by providing access to and training in the use of a customized branding and messaging toolkit

    • Monitor and ensure adherence to organizational brand standards across platforms

    KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

    • Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education/experience
    • 4+ years of relevant non-profit marketing and/or healthcare experience.
    • At least one year of CRM experience
    • At least one year of experience using design tools such as Adobe Indesign, Adobe Express, or Canva
    • At least one year of experience using digital mass marketing tools such as Constant Contact
    • Exceptional ability to cultivate professional, collaborative, and communicative relationships across teams
    • Demonstrated success in designing and executing strategic marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of multi-channel digital and print engagement, and content development.
    • Expertise in digital marketing tools, including website management, e-mail marketing, and analytics, to enhance brand recognition and audience engagement.
    • Proficient in creating impactful storytelling assets such as graphics and written content, showcasing organizational achievements and fostering community connection.
    • Demonstrated understanding of social media communications best practices

    PHYSICAL DEMANDS

    Mental/Physical Requirements: Must possess the physical and mental abilities to perform the tasks normally associated with a Communications Manager position such as:

    • Frequent and prolonged work at a computer and/or on the phone for extended periods of time with repetitive typing, arm and hand motion
    • Frequent travel with exposure to weather conditions
    • Occasional bending, stooping, crouching, or kneeling
    • Occasionally carrying office supplies and equipment
    • Frequent standing and walking
    • Frequent turning and reaching
    • Requires correct vision and hearing to normal range
    • Requires ability to speak clearly in order for others to understand
    • When teleworking or working remotely, requires working alone in a qualified work setting
