Summary:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute internal communications initiatives while creating content for both internal and external audiences.
- Support Institutional Clients businesses, including Global Markets Americas, 2S, and FIC.
- Manage content strategy across internal channels (mailings, all-staff meetings, Echonet) and external channels (CIB Content Hub, social media, thought leadership).
- Serve as a communications partner to business leaders and collaborate across Marketing & Communications teams.
- Create internal announcements, executive speeches, thought leadership articles, and multi-channel communication campaigns.
- Manage awards submissions, recognition programs, and communication performance analytics.
- Plan and execute Town Halls, executive briefings, employee engagement activities, and internal communications campaigns.
- Oversee Echonet administration, email distribution tools, digital signage, stakeholder communications, and internal newsletter contributions.
Requirements:
- Minimum 4 years of internal communications experience, preferably within banking or financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Experience with intranet, website, mailing platforms, social media tools, and foundational knowledge of banking and markets.
- Strong written communication, project management, stakeholder management, analytical, and organizational skills.
