Job Summary:
We are seeking a Comms Measurement Analyst to join Communications team, professionally handling analytics and reporting to gauge the effectiveness of communication strategies globally. The role involves close collaboration with various teams, including Marketing and Consumer Insights, to implement integrated measurement systems and drive evidence-based decisions. Ideal candidates will be strategic thinkers skilled in translating complex data into clear insights, enhancing the impact of communications on our brand.
Key Responsibilities:- Support and assist the Measurement Lead in tracking and analyzing the performance of communication campaigns.
- Turn detailed communications data into digestible, actionable insights to influence business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments like Marketing and Finance to fortify integrated communication measurement strategies.
- Develop and maintain efficient dashboards and reporting systems to improve business processes.
- Regularly generate and provide insightful reports, tracking and summarizing communications initiatives.
Must-Have Skills:- Proficiency in communication data analysis and insight generation.
- Strong experience in media monitoring and social listening tools.
- Exceptional collaboration and project management abilities.
Required Industry Experience:- Candidates must have 5-6 years of experience specifically in communications, focusing on measurement and analytics within the tech or hospitality industry
