POSITION SUMMARY Serves as a central telephone communications source for the hospital. EDUCATION, CREDENTIALS, TRAINING and EXPERIENCE: Minimum Required: High School diploma or equivalent with prior switchboard experience. Ability to read, write, and follow written instructions and procedures. Ability to learn and retain frequently used telephone numbers and operational procedures. Proficient in the use of keyboard and ability to learn basic computer applications.
