Job Title: Communications Operator
Location: Murrieta, CA
Job Type: Contract (6 Months)

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour

Position Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Communications Operator to join our team. This role is responsible for managing high-volume phone lines, coordinating communication across departments, and supporting dispatch operations in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer and manage multiple incoming phone lines efficiently

• Dispatch calls and relay critical information accurately

• Provide clear and professional communication with staff and callers

• Maintain accurate records and logs of communications

• Utilize Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and tracking

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Experience handling multiple phone lines required

• Dispatch experience preferred

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

• Ability to work weekends and overnight shifts

Schedule:

• Training:

  • Day Shift: SundayThursday, 7:00 AM 3:30 PM (3 weeks)

  • Swing Shift: TuesdayFriday (2 weeks)

• Assigned Shift (anticipated):

  • Graveyard Shift: ThursdayMonday, 11:00 PM 7:30 AM

Additional Details:

• No on-call or callback requirements

• 6-month contract assignment
