Job Description:

Communications PM

Location: Remote (PST hours preferred)

Hours: M-F 8-5

Length: 12+ Month W2 Contract

Role Overview

This role involves planning, creating, and coordinating communication activities for external and internal amplification to support the Global Customer Experience Enablement team. The position offers an opportunity to work on high-visibility projects that enable field sellers, internal employees, and external audiences. A typical day includes collaborating with team members and vendors to manage project plans, creating and editing content, and executing against established priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a dynamic portfolio of communications, target audiences, and channels to support awareness and engagement.
  • Partner with senior leadership to identify key messages and initiatives requiring communication support.
  • Coordinate projects by creating detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of activities.
  • Write and curate content for various channels, including SharePoint, executive updates, and field engagement materials.
  • Execute communication plans and publish content according to workback schedules.
  • Analyze feedback from the business to adjust communication strategies as appropriate.
  • Develop a communications toolkit to support the customer engagement program.
  • Present proposals, reports, and findings to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

Education: A bachelors degree in business administration or a related field is required.

Experience: 8-10 years of experience in integrated Marketing Communications or Project Management with a heavy communications focus is required.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in SharePoint, including an understanding of site structures, libraries, and permissions.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, OneNote, Outlook, and related AI platforms.
  • Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation.
  • Verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • PMI or PMP certification is preferred.

Compensation & Benefits

The pay rate for this position is between $60.00 and $70.00 per hour.
