Prime 8 is seeking a Communications Program Manager to provide temporary coverage for a business operations organization. This role blends communications strategy, digital workplace management, stakeholder engagement, and program coordination to support a fast-paced and evolving enterprise environment. The ideal candidate excels at transforming complex or loosely defined business requirements into clear communications, organized content, and engaging digital experiences. Success in this role requires strong communication skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently while navigating ambiguity and competing priorities.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute communications strategies that align messaging across multiple teams and stakeholder groups.
• Create, publish, and maintain content.
• Audit existing communications channels, identify opportunities for improvement, and recommend solutions to streamline and strengthen employee engagement.
• Partner with business stakeholders to design, organize, and maintain sites and digital content experiences.
• Develop newsletters, leadership communications, announcements, executive messaging, and other communication assets.
• Support organizational initiatives including onboarding programs, employee recognition efforts, awards programs, and internal communications campaigns.
• Coordinate content and communications supporting leadership meetings, and other business events.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings, capture action items and decisions, and translate discussions into actionable plans and deliverables.
• Support business planning activities, content calendars, communications planning, and executive readiness efforts.
• Maintain documentation, stakeholder maps, communication plans, project deliverables, and operational processes to ensure continuity and organizational effectiveness.

What You'll Have

• Professional experience in communications, program management, change management, organizational communications, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience developing and publishing content.
• Experience utilizing enterprise communication platforms.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including experience creating executive-level communications and organizational messaging.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and leadership levels.
• Experience managing projects, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining operational processes in a dynamic environment.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, make recommendations, and advance initiatives with limited direction.
• Strong organizational skills with experience managing priorities, documenting decisions, and driving follow-through.
• Ability to simplify complex information and communicate recommendations clearly and effectively.
• Experience supporting large enterprise organizations, complex environments, is preferred.
• Familiarity with onboarding programs, employee engagement initiatives, town halls, internal communications, and business planning processes is preferred.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The salary range for this role is between $114,400-$124,800 annually (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
