Communications Services Analyst I

Position Description:

The Communications Service Analyst I will possess knowledge and experience in customer service; flexibility; interpersonal skills; leadership; organizational awareness; problem solving; excellent oral and written communication skills; and be proficient in Microsoft Office software.

Experience Required:

• 3 years of experience interacting with end user organizations in coordinating the planning, design and provisioning of voice and data telecommunications services, equipment, and systems to meet operational requirements.
• 3 years of cloud technology experience such as Microsoft TEAMS, Cisco Webex and ACD/Call Accounting or similar.
• 3 years of experience with legacy voice, VoIP, PBX, IVR, and ACD or similar.
• 3 years of experience with Amazon Connect (AWS), Zoom, and Cisco UC or similar.
• 3 years of familiarity with service request lifecycle, vendor coordination, and on-site evaluations or similar.

Education Required:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
