Responsible for coordinating air and ground medical transports, tracking all flights, and communicating effectively with crews and requesting agencies.
Must maintain knowledge of EMS systems, policies, and safety procedures.
Activates crews, monitors transports, and ensures accurate documentation per FAA and CAMTS standards.
Requires high school diploma, certification as a Flight Communicator or equivalent within 2 years, and effective communication skills.
Preferred experience includes EMT, EMD, or medical background.
