Role Impact
Drive internal communications for the Engineering organization by transforming complex technical strategies into clear, actionable messaging. Partner with Engineering leadership, the Chief of Staff, Enterprise Communications, and cross-functional teams to improve organizational alignment, support change initiatives, and strengthen executive communications across the business.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop executive presentations, leadership decks, organization-wide updates, FAQs, newsletters, and knowledge base content
• Translate engineering strategy, transformation initiatives, and operating priorities into clear, repeatable messaging and narrative frameworks
• Partner with Engineering leadership and the Chief of Staff to prepare communications for all-hands meetings, QBRs, organizational milestones, and executive presentations
• Create structured communication plans supporting organizational change, process improvements, tooling implementations, and operating model updates
• Partner with Enterprise Communications to ensure alignment with corporate messaging, brand standards, and communication strategy
• Maintain consistency across communication channels, leadership messaging, and engineering content platforms
• Support communication planning, execution, and adoption for major engineering initiatives and business priorities
Minimum Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Business, Marketing, or related field; equivalent experience considered
• 5+ years of internal communications, executive communications, corporate communications, or related experience
• Executive-level business writing, presentation development, and storytelling experience
• Experience supporting senior leaders in complex or matrixed organizations
