The Senior Specialist, HR Communications, is responsible for developing employee and recruiting communications that strengthen employee engagement and talent attraction as well as reinforce the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) - all with the goal of enhancing the employee experience. This individual supports communications for Talent Acquisition and Human Resources initiatives, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Communications and Strategy.
This role requires a highly collaborative communicator who can partner across Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, plant leadership and business functions to help create clear, engaging and impactful messaging for target audiences across the organization.

Salary: $85,000- $97,000. This base salary range is a good faith estimate. Based on candidate skills/experience the final offer may be lower/higher.
