* Essential Duties/Responsibilities
* Create and edit training guides from content provided by subject matter
experts.
* Write, edit, and disseminate communications to end users and stakeholders.
* Assist in developing training and training material for systems of record.
* Facilitate webinars by monitoring chat, sharing document links, and
troubleshooting access issues.
* Assist adult learners in physical classroom trainings.
* Assist with equipment set up and testing activities for classroom trainings.
* Assist with administrative tasks associated with training registration.
* Monitor group mailboxes and respond to stakeholder questions.
* Work with subject matter experts and engage in independent research to
develop subject matter knowledge relevant to assigned projects and curricula

* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent grammar and writing skills, including the ability to convey
written, technical information in a clear, concise manner.
* Professional demeanor
* Excellent computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft365 suite and
Jira.
* Ability to manage multiple assignments simultaneously, while maintaining
attention to detail.
* Ability to learn new information quickly and independently.
* Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to changing requirements, and work under
