Title : Communication Specialist

Primary Duties

Employee Communications & Engagement

  • Develop and execute communication programs that drive organizational change, action, and information sharing across large sales organizations.
  • Execute communication strategies aligned with major company goals.
  • Ensure consistent messaging that reflects a customer-focused culture.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline messaging and resources for more effective campaigns.
  • Create content for multiple channels, including sales support materials, leadership communications, and sales education resources.
  • Ensure all communications align with corporate brand guidelines.

Process Management & Campaign Execution

  • Develop communication campaign plans, including timelines, approval processes, and execution strategies.
  • Track priorities, tactics, and deadlines to ensure timely delivery.
  • Monitor communication performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams across the organization.
  • Maintain accountability with internal stakeholders through goal setting, feedback, and timely campaign updates.

Business & Stakeholder Alignment

  • Understand revenue objectives and the importance of speed-to-market.
  • Communicate campaign strategies and evaluate effectiveness with internal stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong collaboration with business units, support teams, and external vendors.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Strong passion for developing and executing communication plans.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with communication tools including sales resources, sales education platforms, email tools, and video content.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong messaging and storytelling skills with the ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Collaborative, flexible, and team-oriented mindset.
  • Results-driven with a passion for creativity and innovation.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
