Communications Specialist

Communications SpecialistDonorConnect is looking for a full-time Communications Specialist. The Communications Specialist is responsible for developing and executing communications initiatives that advance DonorConnect's organizational and departmental priorities for internal audiences. Working across the full spectrum of communications platforms, and in close collaboration with communications leads and specialists, this role develops and executes coordinated communications content and infrastructure that ensure consistent messaging and a unied organizational voice. The role serves as a strategic communications partner to internal stakeholders, helping to connect initiatives across functions, manage cross-functional communications projects, and align communication eorts, leveraging expertise to deliver focused communications that build trust and reinforce organizational values.This is an internal communications position, not a Public Relations or Marketing position.DonorConnect is a federally designated nonprofit community service organization dedicated to recovering organs and tissues used for life-saving transplants.
