Key Responsibilities
Content & Brand
Contribute to content strategy and communication calendar that matches strategic goals and target audience, leveraging content of various forms, length, and frequency Develop a deep understanding of Pi Network's values and differentiators Conduct regular research to identify industry trends and gaps, and be able to write authoritatively about Pi Network
Improve marketing strategy and brand positioning across communication channels
Evolve Pi Network's voice, tone, messaging, and enhance its thought leadership
Writing & Channels
Produce clear and persuasive copy for campaigns, market updates, and product communications
Write and edit blog posts, announcements, social media posts, and long-form content
Develop social media content and campaigns
Creative Production
Handle basic graphic design needs (social media graphics, simple visuals and layouts)
Perform basic video editing for short-form or informational content
Organization & Operations
Help track weekly, monthly, and quarterly tasks, deliverables, and priorities
Regularly review and report content and channel analytics, including GA4, social media metrics, SEO and GEO
Identify opportunities to improve internal communication and marketing processes
Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, design, or related field; or equivalent experience
2-4 years of experience in communications, marketing, and/or branding, preferably in the technology and/or Web3 industries
Proven writing and editing skills, with the ability to simplify complex or technical topics
Experience in marketing strategy and brand positioning
Ability to create content for multiple channels (blog, social, campaigns) in parallel
Proficiency in relevant AI tools and workflows Ability to analyze content performance and communicate metrics to key stakeholders
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive profile
Analytical mindset — able to track performance and adjust strategy based on data
Interest in crypto, Web3, or emerging technologies (deep expertise not required, but curiosity is)
Basic skills in graphic design and video editing (tools like Canva, Figma, Adobe, or similar)
