Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in strategic communications and social-media marketing, including paid and organic campaign management and analytics.
Knowledge of the TANF program and the populations it serves, with sensitivity to messaging for low-income families.
Familiarity with the research on the social and economic benefits of marriage, and the ability to communicate it responsibly and without stigma.
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills across digital and print formats.
Proficiency with social-media management, email-marketing, and analytics platforms.
Understanding of plain-language and Section 508 accessibility standards.
