Job title: Brand Planning 
Duration: 6 months with possible extension 
Location: Richmond - Hybrid 
Rate: $30-$35/hr on w2 - without benefits

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an evidence-based Marketer
• Experience partnering with research teams and supporting them with delivering learning agendas, synthesizing data into insights, and strategic recommendations
• Strong strategic thinking and communication skills
• Must have previous client experience working for this customer in the past 5 years

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in project management and standardizing processes
• Ability to develop strong working relationships with key partners
• Proficiency in contextualized storytelling to influence outcomes

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Support cross Lines of Business (xLOB) Brand Planning and Insights leads
• Help deliver and manage xLOB research learning agenda
• Facilitate project intent and learning agenda deliverables
• Provide strategic thinking and communication to peers, partners, and leadership
• Support Brand Planning team in strategic operations
• Ensure processes are well-managed and standardized for consistency
