Communications Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative Communications Specialist to support internal and external communication strategies, brand messaging, and outreach initiatives.

This role is ideal for someone with strong writing, organizational, and communication skills who can help strengthen company visibility and maintain consistent messaging across campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate communication materials for campaigns and outreach
• Support internal communication efforts across departments
• Help manage brand consistency across communications
• Coordinate event messaging and campaign updates
• Draft reports, announcements, and client communication materials
• Collaborate with leadership on communication strategies
• Monitor campaign communication effectiveness

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and project coordination abilities
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Professional presentation skills
• Previous communications, marketing, or PR experience preferred
