Our Community Admissions Coordinator excels at serving, protecting and advocating for our residents and families. Helping navigate the admissions process, reviewing referrals, and meeting census needs of the community.   • Salaried position ($75,000 to $82,000 based on experience)

  • Monday thru Friday schedule split between the two locations (some nights and weekends as needed)

  • Supportive and collaborative team to assist in the Social Services and Admissions process

JOB SUMMARY:

The Community Admissions Coordinator is responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, and implementing the facility marketing plan to increase revenue. Additionally, this position requires ongoing evaluation of current practices and procedures within the marketing department and the discretion to make improvements as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in sales and marketing, public relations, or advertising.

  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.

  • General understanding or willingness to learn about medical assistance as it relates to assisted living coverage (e.g., CADI, GRH).

  • A proven proficiency to analyze, develop, and execute a marketing plan to build revenue.

  • Ability to drive the success of multiple projects concurrently.

  • Experience with using and developing multi-media campaigns.

  • Exceptional telephone and communication skills and the desire to work closely with the senior population is essential.

  • Meets with families and residents to conduct admission screens and admission paperwork.

  • Must have proficient knowledge of computer systems, including email use.

  • Able to interact professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, residents' families, and employees.

  • Must be adaptable, flexible to changes, and able to prioritize and organize work efficiently to accomplish workload within the time allotted.

  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language to communicate with all customers.

  • Must be capable of performing the Essential Functions of this job, with or without reasonable accommodation.
