About CMGT

CMGT is an HOA and rental management company serving communities throughout the Gulf South. Our work is grounded in three values: Commit, Communicate, and Care.

We commit to providing solutions rather than passing along problems. We communicate through consistent, compassionate conversations that keep Boards and residents informed. We care deeply about building quality relationships and quality communities where residents can thrive.

CMGT is also a technology-forward organization. Our team uses modern systems and AI-enabled tools to improve communication, organization, and service. We value employees who are curious, adaptable, and comfortable learning new technology.

About the Role

CMGT is seeking a licensed Florida Community Association Manager to oversee a growing portfolio of single-family homeowner associations in the Pensacola area and nearby Alabama markets. This position requires an active Florida Community Association Manager license at the time of application. You will guide Boards through operational and financial decisions, coordinate vendors and community projects, monitor property conditions, resolve homeowner concerns, and maintain clear communication among Boards, residents, vendors, and CMGT's internal teams.Because CMGT is expanding into a new market, the portfolio will begin on the smaller side and may include full-management, financial-only, and developer-controlled communities. Portfolio size will be determined based on the number of homes, amenities, management structure, and overall complexity of each community. This role is ideal for a confident, proactive professional who can take ownership, make sound decisions, and keep multiple priorities moving without losing accuracy or follow-through. Success requires an analytical and direct communication style, strong attention to detail, comfort working through changing priorities, and the judgment to create structure when the path forward is not always fully defined.

  • Review prior correspondence and document complete, accurate notes before responding to escalated matters
  • Resolve conflict proactively and communicate clearly before concerns develop into broader resident issues
  • Prepare newsletters, announcements, mailings, and other community communications
  • Maintain a customer-first approach while balancing governing documents, Board direction, and community needs

  • Maintain accurate information and activity notes in Vantaca, BambooHR, SouthData, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, Canva, and related systems
  • Use calendars, action items, reports, and established processes to manage meetings, contracts, budgets, site visits, projects, and deadlines
  • Maintain organized community records, supporting documentation, correspondence, and photographs
  • Adopt new technology and AI-enabled tools that improve communication, efficiency, and service
  • Participate in daily standups, quarterly training, quarterly coaching, and Rock Review meetings

Required Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with consistent attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment
  • Comfortable learning and navigating multiple technology platforms, including AI-enabled tools
  • Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and a clean driving record
  • Ability to travel throughout the Pensacola area and nearby Alabama markets

  • Confident making independent decisions while knowing when to involve the right partner
  • Direct, factual, and professional in your communication
  • Analytical and able to turn financial, operational, and property information into practical recommendations
  • Comfortable working through ambiguity, changing priorities, interruptions, and time-sensitive problems
  • Fast-paced and able to manage several responsibilities without sacrificing accuracy
  • Detail-conscious and disciplined about documentation, deadlines, and follow-through
  • Friendly, approachable, and capable of building trusted relationships with different personalities
  • Self-motivated, accountable, and focused on outcomes rather than simply passing along problems

Why Join CMGT?

This is an opportunity to help CMGT establish and grow its presence in the Pensacola area and nearby Alabama markets while managing a portfolio designed around each community’s size, amenities, management structure, and service needs.

You will have the independence to take ownership of your work, the technology and equipment needed to stay connected, and a team that values practical solutions, thoughtful communication, and quality relationships.
