Community Association Manager

The ideal candidate for this position is a someone with a positive attitude who can thrive in our rapidly changing, fun-oriented work atmosphere, which emphasizes the unlimited potential of each person. These philosophies combined with the inspiration and enthusiasm of our team help to make us a dominant force in Minnesota for CIC real estate management. Great customer service and conflict resolution skills are a must as well as the ability to multitask and delegate when necessary. Must be adept at learning new computer software and be proficient in Microsoft Office products, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word. Experience in HOA Management or service history with an HOA Board is strongly preferred. Regular office hours are Monday - Friday from 8:30 am - 5:00 pm with occasional On Call shifts and after hours meetings. Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver's license, and be available for evening meetings. Attendance and punctuality are key.
