CMI (CondoManagements, Inc.) is hiring a solidly experienced Community Association Manager to expand our team. We're a pleasant, established team of professionals providing quality, trustworthy, and reliable service to our clients.
We value the work-life balance, good benefits, competitive salaries, and PTO. The workday is 9 am–5 pm, with rotating on-call status only every 4th month. CMI does not require our managers to generate new business or billings.
We've been locally owned since 1983 with a Seattle-only portfolio. Some of our managers have been on staff for over 8 years, and because we focus on excellent client service, there are properties still in our portfolio that signed on in the mid-eighties.
CMI has fully staffed departments to manage accounting, insurance, and collections, and does not assign Community Association Managers these duties.
