      What You'll Do<\/b>
      <\/p>

      • Deliver occupational therapy interventions under the direction of a licensed Occupational Therapist.
        <\/li>
      • Help patients improve independence with dressing, bathing, meal preparation, mobility, and other activities of daily living.
        <\/li>
      • Reinforce therapeutic exercises, adaptive techniques, and home safety strategies.
        <\/li>
      • Educate patients and caregivers on equipment and techniques that support long -term independence.
        <\/li>
      • Communicate patient progress with the supervising Occupational Therapist and interdisciplinary care team.
        <\/li>
      • Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation.
        <\/li><\/ul>

        What We're Looking For<\/b>
        <\/p>

        • Active Minnesota Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)<\/b> license.
          <\/li>
        • Excellent communication and patient education skills.
          <\/li>
        • Compassionate, patient -centered approach to care.
          <\/li>
        • Home health experience is preferred but not required.
          <\/li>
        • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
          <\/li><\/ul>
