Center for Human Development, CHD, is currently seeking a Community-Based Clinician to join our Community Behavioral Health Center (CBHC) in Chicopee, MA!
CBHC provides an outpatient behavioral health clinic, 24/7 mobile crisis services, and crisis stabilization for youthand adults. Our CBHC program delivers these services as an alternative to hospital emergency departments and psychiatric hospitalization. It also offers community crisis stabilization, outreach, medication management, and peer-level support to ensure that your family member is taken care of on every level.
Your role as a Community-Based Clinician
This individual will be delivering evidence-based group interventions to diverse populations within CHD and at our partner sites. Types of setting may include schools, community centers, and residential treatment programs. The clinician will be responsible for clinical documentation, assessment of client progress, and delivery of interventions that represent an array of approaches and modalities. Individuals served will include children, adults, and individuals who may be mandated to participate in treatment.
Requirements:
CHD is internationally accredited by CARF, the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. CARF is an organization that reviews and grants accreditation services nationally and internationally. CARF standards are rigorous, so services that meet them are among the best available.
