Established Thomasville customer hiring for an experienced Community Center Program Director 

Salary Range $45K - 48K

*1st shift but with some flexibility

*Must have a drivers license




Responsible for managing and overseeing the daily operations of a community center. We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Community Program Director to oversee and develop, implement, and oversee programs that promote a positive image of the organization and foster strong community relations. Candidate needs to exhibit strategic thinking with strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of community engagement and development. This role requires a combination of strong organizational skills, experience in community relations, and a genuine passion for enhancing community life. The program director’s goal is to ensure every program is completed successfully to add the highest possible value to the organization and program participants.
