Education
Graduate of Masters of Science in Nursing (MSN) required.
Those who are in pursuit of Masters of Science in Nursing degree will be considered. MSN must be obtained within 2 years.
Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) program graduate preferred.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities
Strong leadership, problem-solving and medical judgement skills required.
Advanced skills in standard software applications including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); internet research skills; ability to master fluency in web-based software technologies, database software, and registration systems.
Relevant experience in online course delivery and content managements systems preferred.
Excellent communication, writing skills, and attention to detail.
Prepare clear and concise written communications, and make oral presentations; communicate effectively with diverse groups; being able to speak in front of, and manage large groups is mandatory.
Skill and ability to adapt to changing technology; work independently; utilize critical thinking skills; organize and prioritize work; coordinate a variety of projects simultaneously; read, interpret, research, explain, and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related to department business; establish and maintain cooperative working relationships.
