Community Concierge & Marketing Specialist

We are a growing cash-pay MRI imaging clinic specializing exclusively in non-contrast MRI services. Our mission is to provide patients with affordable, accessible imaging without the complexity of insurance-based healthcare. We work closely with medical providers, attorneys, and community partners while also offering patients the ability to schedule imaging without requiring a physician order.

We are seeking a Provider Relations & Community Outreach Specialist who is outgoing, professional, organized, and relationship-driven. This role is focused on building and maintaining strong referral relationships, representing the company within the community, and supporting growth initiatives across multiple locations.

Responsibilities include visiting provider and attorney offices, educating referral sources on our services, pricing model, scheduling process, and systems, attending conferences and networking events, coordinating booth setup and event materials, assisting with outreach efforts, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping manage communication with third-party marketing vendors. This role also serves as a key point of contact for referral partners and helps ensure an exceptional experience for both providers and patients.

The ideal candidate is comfortable communicating with healthcare professionals and community partners, managing multiple projects, traveling between offices and events, and working independently in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in healthcare, provider relations, marketing, hospitality, outreach, or business development is preferred.
