Responsible for managing community development lending and investment data collection, analysis, and reporting to ensure CRA compliance.
Provides training and guidance to staff and market leadership on qualified activities.
Collaborates with treasury and investment teams to identify complex or innovative community development investments.
Serves as team lead for CRA retail products.
Monitors performance goals, prepares reports, and develops strategies to meet targets.
Maintains CRA-related data and documentation, oversees audits and examinations, and manages CRA programs and intranet content.
Requires a bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of CRA experience.
