The Community Support Professional provides individualized assistance to people with intellectual disabilities and their families in their home and community environments. This position focuses on meeting specific needs as identified by the individual and their family, supporting independence, inclusion, and well-being in everyday life.

Understanding or willingness to learn person-centered support philosophies.
Commitment to treating individuals and families with dignity, respect, and privacy.
Ability to work independently in home settings and collaboratively with families and partner agencies.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
Experience working with individuals with disabilities preferred.
Ability to sit 3–7 hours per day; stand and walk 1–3 hours per day.
Occasional lifting or moving of items weighing 10–15 pounds.
Occasional twisting, bending, squatting, or kneeling.
Ability to drive within a 15-mile radius.
