As the face and driving force behind The Hamilton, you'll be responsible for all aspects of the community's performance-including operations, leasing, maintenance, and resident satisfaction. This is your chance to lead a vibrant team and deliver a truly exceptional living experience.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Represent the company with professionalism and pride

  • Lead leasing efforts and oversee all on-site activities

  • Manage financials: budgets, payroll, variance reports, and financial planning

  • Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction to promote community stability

  • Supervise and motivate leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams

  • Collaborate with Regional Managers and senior leadership on strategy and performance

  • Conduct daily physical inspections of the property

  • Ensure compliance with company policies and high-quality standards

  • Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings


What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Community Director (Required)

  • A-Class property management experience (Required)

  • OneSite Property Management software knowledge (Preferred)

  • Strong accounting/finance background

  • Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel)

  • Professional appearance and polished communication skills

  • Leadership that inspires and energizes others

  • A passion for customer service and resident satisfaction

  • Ability to lead a team, juggle priorities, and meet goals with confidence


Work Schedule:

Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Note: This position requires extensive mobility, including the ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and complete physical inspections.
