Represent the company with professionalism and pride
Lead leasing efforts and oversee all on-site activities
Manage financials: budgets, payroll, variance reports, and financial planning
Monitor and enhance resident satisfaction to promote community stability
Supervise and motivate leasing, maintenance, and administrative teams
Collaborate with Regional Managers and senior leadership on strategy and performance
Conduct daily physical inspections of the property
Ensure compliance with company policies and high-quality standards
Stay informed about local market trends and competitor offerings
3+ years of experience as a Community Director (Required)
A-Class property management experience (Required)
OneSite Property Management software knowledge (Preferred)
Strong accounting/finance background
Excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel)
Professional appearance and polished communication skills
Leadership that inspires and energizes others
A passion for customer service and resident satisfaction
Ability to lead a team, juggle priorities, and meet goals with confidence
Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Note: This position requires extensive mobility, including the ability to walk the property, climb stairs, and complete physical inspections.
