We are currently seeking qualified candidates for a full time Long Term Care Community Education Coordinator position in the Tomball area.
Job Description:
Primary function is to act as liaison between the Company and the community regarding community and long-term care patient needs. Responsibilities include promotion of Hospice programs and services while maintaining the standards of practice consistent with quality health care and maximizing human, financial and equipment resources.
Qualifications:
Must be a graduate of an accredited college / university - preferred
Experience in hospice, healthcare marketing and/or LTC coordination
Must have knowledge of a Long-Term Care environment(s)
Must have good oral communication and writing skills, and be able to speak well in public
Must be able to practice the principles of good public relations
Effective written and verbal communication
Ability to travel - must have reliable transportation
Clean background, drug screen, and driving record
