We are looking for a reliable, vigilant, and welcoming individual who thrives in a busy environment. If you are someone who takes pride in maintaining a safe environment and enjoys being the go-to person for parents and staff, this is the role for you.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary "gatekeeper" for the facility. You will operate the secure entrance system, verify visitor identification, and ensure all District safety protocols are strictly followed during out-of-school hours. • Manage the daily sign-in/sign-out process. You will maintain accurate attendance records and coordinate the safe transfer of students to parents or authorized guardians. • Act as the first point of contact for the public. Responsibilities include greeting families with a welcoming presence, answering multi-line phones, and accurately recording or transferring vital information to staff. • Monitor the building to maintain a safe and organized environment. You will assist with site setup/cleanup and ensure that all program areas are ready for student use. • Provide secondary support to instructors by helping supervise students and assisting with classroom tasks to ensure a positive and engaging learning environment.

Qualifications Required

Must be at least 15 years of age. Must pass a background check. Strong communication skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Reliable transportation to the assigned work site.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience with secure access systems or front-desk operations. Experience in safety-conscious environments. Experience interacting with diverse groups of children, adults, and families.

Eligible Employee Benefits

ESST Hours: Working non-school days, evenings, weekend days, and evenings Rate of Pay: $15.00 per hour
