Position Details Position Purpose
The Community Engagement and Outreach Coordinator supports and advances the mission of the Compass Center by coordinating programs and community outreach initiatives. The role plays a key part in fostering a culture of belonging and inclusive excellence through the development and execution of student-centered programming, cultivation of community partnerships, and effective engagement strategies that enhance the student experience and strengthen institutional connections.
