The Community Engagement Coordinator is responsible for managing charitable giving efforts through our Hometown Advantage Fund, as well as supporting the planning, execution, and follow-up of community events. The coordinator will help design and execute strategies that engage community-based organizations and enhance membership growth and retention. The person in this role plans, develops, and implements community outreach and wellness programs that support Network Health's growth, retention, and overall customer experience. This role partners with both internal and external stakeholders to strengthen community relationships and expand impact through initiatives such as speaking engagements, employee volunteer programs, sponsorships, and charitable giving.
Additionally, the role collaborates across departments to improve engagement and satisfaction among members, agents, providers, employers, and employees. Responsibilities include organizing volunteer opportunities, coordinating sponsorships, and supporting communications, materials, and meetings aligned with strategic goals. A strong focus on continuous improvement and delivering a high-quality customer experience is essential to success in this role.
Location: Candidates must reside in the state of Wisconsin for consideration. With our hybrid workplace model, this position is eligible to work 3 days a week at your home office (reliable internet is required), and 2 days a week at our Menasha or Brookfield office.
Hours: 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Monday through Friday

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Health Promotion, Education, Community Health, Business Administration, Health Care Management, or a related field strongly preferred; relevant job-related experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
3 - 5 years project coordination required; community outreach experience preferred
Experience working with website content management experience preferred.
1-3 years experience in corporate wellness and/or health promotion related field required.
Valid drivers license with good driving record and be able to drive within applicable state or locality with reliable transportation.
