Community Engagement Coordinator Direct Hire | Hybrid East Texas local travel required (East Texas counties) $50,000 $65,000 + Bonus + Benefits
Imprimis Group has partnered with a well-known youth leadership organization serving communities across North Texas, who is adding Community Engagement Coordinators to support continued membership growth and community outreach efforts. This is a relationship-driven role focused on connecting with schools, families, and community organizations to help expand participation and launch new local groups.
This is a high-visibility, community-facing position ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships, hosting events, and making an impact in local communities.
Multiple openings available with additional hires expected.
The Community Engagement Coordinator focuses on growing membership and supporting new group formation through community outreach, partnerships, and recruitment efforts. This role serves as a local representative in assigned North Texas communities and works closely with families, schools, and volunteers to increase participation.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with schools, community partners, youth organizations, and local leaders
Attend and support community events, school activities, and family information sessions
Recruit new youth participants and adult volunteers
Host presentations and recruitment events for families and community groups
Help launch new groups and support growth within existing groups
Guide families through the onboarding and membership process
Provide responsive support to caregivers and volunteers
Track outreach activity, leads, and recruitment progress in CRM systems
Develop outreach plans for assigned geographic communities
Partner with internal teams to ensure new members are successfully placed and supported
Qualifications
12+ years of experience in sales, outreach, community engagement, membership development, or similar relationship-focused roles
Experience presenting to groups, hosting events, or working with community partners preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Organized with strong follow-up and time management skills
Comfortable working some evenings and weekends for community events
Bachelors degree preferred, but not required
Valid drivers license and ability to travel locally within North Texas
Ability to work in a hybrid, community-based environment
Passion for supporting youth development and community programs
