Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Position Introduction:

The Community Engagement Coordinator supports the Michael F. Price College of Business by coordinating alumni engagement initiatives, community outreach activities, and relationship-building opportunities that strengthen connections among alumni, students, donors, corporate partners, and the college. This position manages the planning and execution of engagement activities, coordinates communications and logistics, tracks participation and budgets, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality experiences that advance the college''s strategic engagement goals.

Required Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 12 months office, clerical, or administrative experience.

Department Preferences:

• Bachelor''s degree in communications, marketing, public relations, higher education administration, hospitality management, nonprofit management, or a related field.
• Experience coordinating events, alumni relations, community engagement, advancement, communications, marketing, hospitality, or higher education programs.
• Experience managing multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Experience coordinating budgets, purchasing, or financial records.
• Experience using constituent relationship management (CRM) or event registration software.
• Experience working collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate engagement initiatives.
