The VISTA member will support World Hunger Relief in building organizational capacity to expand our educational programming and community engagement around regenerative agriculture and food access. The member will focus on strengthening systems that support our programs, including developing partnerships, improving volunteer coordination processes, assisting with program documentation and evaluation, and helping expand outreach to schools and community organizations. A primary area of focus will be supporting the growth and accessibility of our educational programs, including Farm Camp, field trips, and volunteer engagement. The VISTA member will help develop systems, materials, and partnerships that allow these programs to reach more families and schools, particularly those in underserved communities.
