The Community Engagement Team Leader provides spiritual, strategic, and relational leadership to campus-based missions and community engagement leaders. This role ensures alignment with the vision, values, and priorities of Southeast Missions while empowering leaders to serve effectively within their unique campus contexts. The Team Leader acts as a coach, connector, and guide-supporting campus leaders who report directly to their Campus Pastors while maintaining alignment with Southeast Missions direction.
What You Will Be Doing:
Provide ongoing leadership, coaching, encouragement, and clarity to campus missions leaders.
Guide leaders in disciple-making, mobilization, partnership engagement, and leadership development.
Clarify role expectations, boundaries, and measures of success, and support onboarding and development of new leaders.
Champion Southeast Missions vision, strategies, priorities, and values across campuses.
Ensure leaders understand and implement Missions frameworks and expectations.
Translate central direction into clear, actionable steps and support leaders through change, growth, and strategic shifts.
Foster collaboration, humility, shared mission purpose, and cross-campus unity.
Facilitate shared learning, best practices, and alignment around key initiatives and mobilization goals.
Lead regular rhythms, gatherings, and check-ins with campus missions leaders.
Serve as a relational and strategic connector between Campus Pastors and Southeast Missions.
Clarify expectations when campus and Missions priorities intersect.
Communicate campus insights, needs, challenges, and opportunities back to Missions leadership.
Reinforce expectations around storytelling, metrics, and stewardship.
Celebrate stories of transformation and measurable impact.
Support healthy reporting rhythms that inform ongoing strategy and leadership support.
