Girl Scouts of Southern Illinois is seeking a Community Engagement Manager to recruit and engage new girl and adult members, strengthen community partnerships, and help ensure that every girl has the opportunity to experience the benefits of Girl Scouting.This position serves as the primary connection between Girl Scout families, volunteers, schools, and community partners while supporting membership growth throughout the assigned service area.Salary Range: $38,000 to $40,000 annuallyAssigned Territory: O'Fallon, Shiloh, Fairview Heights, Lebanon, Mascoutah, Scott Air Force Base, New Athens, Marissa, St. Libory, and FreeburgThis hybrid position combines remote work with regular in-person meetings, community outreach, events, and volunteer support throughout the assigned territory.
